Usually i have a wonderful experience here the staff is always friendly and helpful, except for this Saturday 6/3 when i encountered Jamika ( whom said she was the manager). Jamika was rude and unprofessional. I did an exchange for a different size in an item, but she made it seem that was impossible to do. During the process she even kept my driver licence.
