So the day of I reserved it for when it was available which was 30 mins after the movers arrived. They weren't upset at all when they found out. They actually rolled with the punches. They moved lighter boxes first using the stairs until the 30 mins were up. The Moving team here is the definition of beast mode. They came to work!
I was able to pay over the phone before the move began. It was great doing it like that because I only had to think about unpacking from then on out but the movers actually helped me with that at no extra fee. "
