Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Previous experiences here have been very sub-par, until now! Although my steak was over cooked, Joshua handled the situation (although very minor) in the best way possible. He got the manager involved and made sure he was aware from the start instead of the previous times when my steak was over cooked 2 and even 3 times! The manager, Adam, was beyond hospitable and helpful in assisting to make sure I was satisfied with the next steak that was brought out. That experience is what takes a restaurant from good, to great!
