Overall the experience used to be decent until last night when myself, my friend, and my vehicle were locked IN the facility. At 11PM apparently all gates lock with no way of unlocking them whatsoever. We called support around 5 times. There is no emergency exit code that can be given. Apparently support has to call a property manager and the property manager has to give them a code. The best part was, after 5 calls they still did not pick up and had to leave voice mails. The only exit of the facility was a door down a small hallway that would trigger the fire alarms or to hop the fence. According to the support line if there is an emergency there is literally nothing they can do and no code they can use to get the gate open. After being there stuck for over an hour we called support one last time and notified them that we parked the vehicle there at the facility and were hopping the fence or going to trigger the fire alarm finally exit and call for a taxi or get a ride back to my friends house so we could get his car and he could take me back to my house. At this moment at 11:26 AM they STILL HAVE NOT contacted me after 5 voice mails and the facility has been open since 6 AM. My truck is still there as I have work from 9-7 PM. I will be getting the vehicle tonight when I get off work. I still cannot believe how ridiculous this situation has been.
