The Color Goddess

I didn't have my hair done by this hairstylist, but I intended to; however, when I contacted her, she urged me to book a consultation, which is $45. Supposedly, upon making a color appointment, that would be deducted from the over all price. I was fine with that until she notified me that she doesn't do all colors. The color I sought was rasperberry twist, so I sent her a picture my hair now and what I wanted asking if she was willing to do that color. All I received was a "please book a consultation." I don't see how you can be okay with someone wasting their money for something that you're potentially not willing to do.
