When we questioned him on the excessive time to find the damaged cable, the owner tried to justify the over billing by saying our router was not working properly.
On two other occasions, our IP based phones were malfunctioning and we were billed 2 days labor just to plug in 2 new replacement IP phones.
We are looking to replace this company once the contract term expires.
