Don't buy lotto here! I go out of my way for the ethanol free they have here, but one day went inside to get change and considered wasting a few bucks on a scratch off. I noticed about half of them had already been scratched off. Asked the clerk what was up and he pretended not to understand and shrugged. I'm assuming someone behind the counter has a gambling addiction lol.
