Cicis

The bathrooms were unkempt. They had no soap, the toilet seat was barely attached, and there was trash on the floor. Also, there was a distinct smell in the restaurant, and my table was so wobbly that empty plates almost fell off. I gave it two stars, because the food was as expected.
