Had a wonderful experience with the staff and dentist. I'm some what spoiled when its comes to Dentistry as I'm part owner in a company that services the IT Infrastructure's for Dental offices. I have seen it all, and more particularly the behind the scene operations at some of the largest in the Atlanta area.
Within moments I can determine if an office has their act together, their technology operating at full steam and seem to be up with most of recent trends.
As soon as I walked in the door, the office was extremely clean. Even the furniture was dusted, I know this sounds like a crazy thing to discover. But trust me, if the waiting room isn't cared for...how do you think the tools going in your mouth are being cared for.
In any case. I was given an initial tour of the office. All was well laid out and clean.
The process from X-Ray, to them telling you the costs was seamless and efficient. Everyone was extremely caring and nice. I really appreciated everyone demeanor.
I only had a cavity filled, but it was done well and without delay. I will be back and plan to make this office my primary Dental facility.
