Weve spent alot of money here over the 5 years we've lived nearby. My wife and I came in last evening to have a younger white cash register attendant look at us like we were crazy with an odd stare, and told another employee who was taking out trash, "Hey youre gonna have to get them, because im already clocked out"... She could have just said "One moment someone will be with you shortly".. Very rude... A young black male manager turned and said hed help us. We only had a medium fry voucher on our Chik Fil A app, so we used it and literally BEGGED this guy to ensure they were super well done. We asked him at least 5 times to make sure they were burnt and crisp. Not a single time did he turn and ask the fry attendant to ensure we recieved the fries we asked for. And of course, we recieved under done, limp, cold, and pale fries.. I immediatly returned them, only to get another order or pale, cold, limp fries about 30 seconds later. The restaurant was not busy. We were the only people in line. WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT ABOUT DOING YOUR JOB?
Parking and drive-thru is always jammed for lunch. I haven't been to a Chick-fil-A that has a good drive through set up
