Chick-fil-A

Something has changed at this location. I feel like the outdoor staff at the drive thru in an attempt to make your visit more personal has caused a disconnect. The issue in my opinion is that the food is thrown in a bag and basically thrown out the window to keep up with the demand. The food is cold, smashed, or missing. Watching the staff inside the pick up widow is like looking into a mosh pit with fried chicken, waffle fries, and Polynesian sauce. I miss the Chick-fil-A that made a good chicken sandwich and got your order right the first time.
