Chicago's Pizza

Looked great, been trying to get AUTHENTIC Chicago pizza for a while. Waitress who wasn't ours was great when we got there; ours finally came to take order & w seemed irritated when we asked 2 questions but was happy to leave for a few minutes. Finally came back about 20 mins. or so. Tried to get her several times ,but never could. When refills were needed I got up each time, got whoever hunted down each time. Once, I went to the hostess stand and someone else helped me,even though she just stood there. When leaving, told them thank you and goodbye, no acknowledgement. Spoke out the door again,to no avail. Well, going over my banking statement last night, and was charged TWICE!! We,'ll find if owner is good to promptly refund this, said maybe by Tuesday? Already tried my bank over the weekend. My ranking and postings will depend on tomorrow and how this situation is handled.
