Chase Bank

This bank is run by a skeleton crew. If you don't believe me go ahead and walk inside. There's one lady behind the counter who is rude and refuses to believe that her actions result in the frustration of her customers. There is one fellow in the office. If you go inside to talk about anything such as a loan or opening an account you'll sit and wait for at least one hour. If you need to call the bank to schedule appointment, go ahead give it a shot. Nobody will answer the phone, they will stare at it. There are about 15 cubicles all sitting empty and unmanned. I will be figuring out how to pull my business account from this politically correct bank.

This bank is a joke as a whole.!!!Trying to activate my debit card, never got the pin number in the mail and I can't access my account online.. The lady at the 1800 number can't even help me activate it. I verify all personal information down to my fu**ing blood type yet they need exact last deposit amount and date... I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT!!! I cant go online, i cant call (no pin number) and this dumb bi*ch can't even help me. Idiots!! Bank somewhere else where they're more competent to help in the basic of areas!!
