We purchased 4 windows for our very old home several years ago. That experience was quite positive, so when it was time to replace windows in our newer home, we went with Champion. This experience has not been as positive. Eight of 15 windows were the wrong size, despite two measurements by two different people. Our replacement windows would be "head of the line"...not true, it took another eight weeks to get them. The actual installation went quite well, their crew is definitely the star of the whole operation. One month after the installation, one of the windows developed a crack. One of the installers came out and ordered a replacement. Three months later, still waiting. Customer service is pretty lacking. I feel we paid top dollar and have not received the top dollar service we paid for. Window replacement is kind of like going to Vegas: "Do you feel lucky, punk?"
