Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this cleaners. In my attempt to change the Cleaners I have been using for years, tried this Cleaners a couple of times and on both occasions clothes were damaged/altered from its original state. I piece was ruined, the other piece of clothing, was washed and shouldn't have been. Of course if you wash wool, it shrinks. Fairly expensive pair of Wool slacks shrunk, was given some lame excuse as to the reason why and the solution. Then, pants were altered after requesting that this not be done to rectify the problem. Its one thing to have your clothes damaged, it's completely a different matter when the proprietor doesn't tell you the truth and then attempts to cover up the problem. Luckily the pants were new and I have a great relationship with the Retailer where they were purchased at. They replaced them without any question. I don't recommend this business...
