This is another one of those con-garages. I should've known better when I was sitting in the waiting room and one of the guys came in and said to a lady "ma'am, your brake fluid is a little discolored. That's one of the first signs of brake failure and it usually happens when driving. Would you like us to replace it?" I should've walked out then. I was there for a simple emissions inspection. I called earlier and asked about getting the inspection done. The exact words that were said to me were "yes we do emissions inspections, you don't have to make an appointment, there's no wait, it takes about 20 minutes and it's $20." So I went there at about 4:30 pm. I gave them my key. I waited for an hour before they took my vehicle in. Then, after 5 minutes, they brought me the key back and said "you failed. Couldn't make a connection, that's $20." I asked what I needed to fix and they literally said "I couldn't tell you. We'd have to schedule an appointment with a tech to find out." I was so frustrated. The very next day, without changing anything on my vehicle, I went down to the Dallas emissions across from the tax commissioners, had no problem. Needless to say I will never be going back to this place for any issue. No honor, no integrity, no upstanding values. Just whatever they can to make a buck.
