I went to Dr. Walker for many years and tried to be flexible with the changes since she left. That being said I wanted to share my negative experience with having a crown replaced recently. To start with I was not able to schedule with Dr. Byrd who I thought was taking over the practice. When my temporary crown was done it was placed wrong causing pain and I had to return within days to have it fixed. I continued to have pain for two weeks. Then my appointment was rescheduled to have the permanent crown. When I went to have it placed the crown did not fit and was repeatedly taken off and placed back on for adjustments. When I tried to ask questions during the procedure I felt belittled by the dentist's response and that he was very unprofessional. I have doubts as to how long this crown will last. I was used to a certain standard of care with Dr. Walker which is unfortunately not the case now. I would no longer recommend this dental practice.
