RUN AWAY! Worst storage experience ever and I have pictures to prove it. Rats the size of small cats destroyed the contents of our unit. Property manager told me “that’s life because we live in a world with rats” and then she refused to allow us to use the garbage dumpster onsite to dispose of a few of the smaller contents. She told me “we weren’t being good neighbors” by using the dumpster because others may need it (we were there right at dark so without lights no one else would be there throwing things away.) She also said the dumpster was being emptied the following morning but she needed all the space. She told us to take our rat infested contents to the dump. We were a customer for 3 years (never late on or missed a payment) so obviously good customers aren’t valued there. I would never use this business again and if I ever need a storage facility in the future and have anything of value I will only use a climate controlled facility.

Decent prices and the people who run it are really nice.
