I have had the worst experience dealing with state farm after having an accident Feb. 2017. I understand rates being increased but to increase to insanely expensive monthly payments, I think they are doing that to make me want to leave and find another carrier. They have no care of informing you of rate increases, they just send a notice with a new price and expect you not to question why the continuous rate increases. This has been a horrible experience going through state farm and mind you I have never even spoke to a Brian Brakefield....
