As a tenant who was snowed by our former management company, we were hesitant but hopeful things would go better with B&A. We were not disappointed. If could give higher than a 5-star rating, I would. They have come through on communication, and maintenance requests quickly. They are fair and understanding of the extremely poor situation from the other management company. The renter's portal is simple and easy to understand. No complaints, highly professional gentlemen to work with.
