I went to purchase a vacuum filter for my vacuum that we purchased at BB&B 3 years ago. A very nice young man tried to help us by trying to order the filter online; they no longer stocked that specific filter in the store. Unfortunately BB&B also didn't offer the filter online either. We left the store without a new filter, but with a very positive experience.
