Horrible customer service. I found this doctor after researching a couple of black psychiatrists. It is part of my promise to my self to give business to more black owned and operated establishments. Checked for his presence with my insurance and then set my appointment through ZocDoc. I use it all the time, but it cant be utilized properly if you are not updating your availability. Sadly they were not. I was left a VM stating I should call someone back regarding the time. I called back and chose one during the week. Inconvenient, so I just took the day off. Only to receive an email two days before the appointment saying that wasnt availalble either. She wasnt very apologetic and she did not offer an alternative for my troubles. Ive had my OOO set for that day for the last week. Vacation day wasted. I cant rate him, but I can rate the service and it was very bad. .'
