1 Aug 11, 2018 Christine Tidmore The WORST experience ever. After the Metallica concert on 7/9/17 we were stuck in the parking deck for 1 hour and 49 minutes...no one knew how to direct traffic in order to extricate cars from the deck...I DEMAND a refund!!!!!
