Went in to buy a birthday cake (which just a week prior it was $7 cheaper for the same size) and chose a cake & from across the ice cream counter I was able to spot a huge hair mixed in the icing. The teen proceeded to pull the hair out with her hand, drop in on the floor and really questioned if I would still want it. She put the cake back in the freezer to be sold. Yuck. I'm always wary of a place where they leave kids to run the show anyways and this proves it.
