This is a small family business that has been around Valdosta, Ga for over 50 years. You can't find many businesses like that anymore. There must have been a reason for them to turn down service and I'm sure they hated to do that. I mean Who wants to turn down business?? Hopefully you gave them the chance to explain the circumstances. Everyone has/or will have bad experiences at places they have been to but that does not define the company
