Baptist Village

As a former employee I give this place a huge thumbs down. Anybody can make something look nice on the surface but I can assure you it isn't. The nurse to patient ratio is substandard. Nurses can barely give good patient care related to this ratio including all other duties. You are treated as a slave and never appreciated. They care about money... Period! The more you have the better treatment you will receive... As an employee you are told which patients/residents are VIP. Not all are treated equal! The problem begins with management and works it's way down. Get rid of the so called money hungry big wigs who don't care about their patient/ residents and get skillful managers/CEO... Whatever... Start fresh and Baptist Village could possibly become a more respected place to live/recooperate/work.. As it once was.
