Avoid at all costs! I called a week before I arrived to see if they could tailor a suit for a wedding in the requested timeframe. They agreed, but when I arrived at the store they tacked on a $10 rush charge. Fortunately, the boss saw this before I picked up my suit and told the women who work there they couldn't add the rush charge. The day I picked up my suit the waist immediately ripped. I called for a refund for that portion only, as I live in NY. I was treated rudely, I was accused of lying even though I have pictures with a timestamp, and the employees refused to let me talk to their employer. Incompetent and costly: go anywhere else.
