These people give you a card to call them for pick up but don't answer when you call! I walked around the airport looking for the pick up spot. I was so irritated. I decided to call for the FIFTH time and they finally picked up after the phone rang and rang. I gave two stars only because I did make it to the airport and back to my car in one piece! Won't use them again though.
