Avis Car Rental

Booked a car online for this location. Went there at designated time with my authorization number. After walking into a filthy store front that was empty and waiting a few minutes a big unkept girl came out from the back room with her cell phone in her hand. We ain't got no cars she said. I gave her my name and reservation number. Without looking at anything she said we ain't got no cars. We went to Enterprise 3/10 mile away and were greeted by professional people in a professional office and rented a car on the spot.
