I am an A.S.E. mechanic who tried to return an 02 sensor when i realized it was simply unplugged. The lady tried to say new law cant return those .i told my cousin to call the hub store because we know higher ups.told me ot didnt matter who i called her decision. Not so! No such law exist and still got my money back.very unprofessional. Very un knowledgeable and rude.took my business to advance and they said no such law and they would have been happy to refund. Thousands of dollars ive spend now advance has my business. Word to the wise and fellow technicians stay away from this one.
