Not him, but someone I talked with when scheduling the service appointment initially told me the only recall work would be on the sliding doors, and that the work would take about two hours. When I arrived, David said all recall work, including the airbag replacement, would be done and that I'd have to use a rental car for the day instead of waiting. I'm glad I didn't have to return for more work to be done at a later date, but the initial report and time estimate was incorrect.
