The whole experience was wonderful. Starting with our visit to the store and meeting with the salesman (Kellett) we felt listened to and not pushed into purchasing we didn't want need. Kellett did a great job of explaining everything and not up selling us. Prices were fantastic. Our experience was just as great with installation. Jose did a great job and went above and beyond what was expected of him. Super happy with the whole process. Highly recommend!

Person I worked with was a little disorganized- didn't return calls, and had left for lunch when I arrived for my appointment. Installers were great, carpet looks good.
