Your employees are a big reason why I would recommend your services. My exterminator, Norman Tucker, does a great job everytime he is scheduled to come to my house. He is punctual, already knows the areas and what areas he needs to pay more attention to. He's respectful and cautious since I have small children. He moves quietly when I tell him that my baby is sleeping in a certain room that he has to spray. He is very friendly with my other children and pets. He always remembers to close the fence after spraying the outside perimeter of my house. I haven't had any major pests problems since we started our contract with Arrow. Very thankful

Very unreliable! The costs kept going up but the service went down. I talked to a manager about my concerns and we came to an agreement which he stated was in the computer. The next month the cost was not what we agreed to and no one came to my house to address the concerns. I called and talked to him and he gave me a price that was higher than the agreed to. We terminated and he rudely hung up on us. Don't believe them! It's all about getting your money to them!
