Aqua Salon & Day Spa

My appointment was cancelled and re-scheduled twice. Upon arrival to my third scheduled appointment, I was told I was 30 minutes early, despite my appointment time being confirmed for the time I arrived only days prior. I sat to wait and was approached and told the nail technician was behind, so my wait would be much longer and perhaps I should "run an errand" instead of wait. It seems this business is not concerned with serving people. Very unprofessional.
