Arrived in the store at 5:55PM. No one, employees or customers, at the hostess section. Waited until 6PM for an employee to realize people were waiting (my family of four and now two more groups of four). Was brought to a table rather promptly. Now we waited...605PM, 6:10PM, 6:15PM no server. Asked server walking by "Is there a server for our table?" (table kiosk was out as well) She replies that she will let someone knoe. 6:20PM still no server, we left. Saturday night, at 6PM and that is how you (don't) treat customers? We weren't the only ones too. Horrible experience, we will never return to this place.
