Let me begin by giving 5 stars to East Cobb Ann Taylor- great clothes and amazing sales people. I have been shopping here for over 10 years. Secondly, I would like to comment on a review by Pamela Plemmons. I had to laugh at someone who feels so entitled- because rules don't apply to her, since she is so special. She states "one ever mentioned the strict return policy when I was checking out." First of all 45 days is not strict at all, actually it is quite liberal and please, the return policy is on the back of the receipt. Did she bother to look at it? It also clearly states that after 45 days she could get a merchandise credit or exchange. In plain English. She should be happy that even AFTER the 45 days she could still get store credit. Oh, but I forgot, she is special. She then called customer service and I bet she never told them it was AFTER 45 days, because the policy is very clear. She also states that it is a game- obviously it is a game to her. Let see if I yell and scream and throw a tantrum I can get what I want, even though I am in the wrong. BOO HOO!! Her time is more valuable, yes, I am sure since she spent so much time crying about how unfair the mean guy was to her, even though he followed store policy. She is totally done with Ann Taylor.....ha-ha, I am sure they are so happy to hear that! Move on and get a life!!
