I have used the service department at Cherokee Ford for about 4 years and I find them to be fair in pricing, excellent and usually very quick with service and their housekeeping is immaculate. I have never had a problem with them and I found their diesel mechanic to be one of the very best in the Roswell, Marietta, Buford area. When I needed a loaner vehicle they stepped up to the plate and loaded me a truck to replace mine while in a two day service. I believe everyone should understand the nature of the repair or service that is being requested before you pass judgement on any service department.If you value a $40,000 to $60,000 truck then give careful attention to who works on it!
