I have never been treated as horribly as I was by Rica! If the company or management knew what she did to me and my boyfriend in front of other customers and staff, she would be fired on the spot. We both had appointments, one at 3:00pm and one at 3:20pm. When we went to sign in, she asked for our insurance cards. I have Humana and he has another insurance. Rica said she was unsure if they took my boyfriend's insurance. He told her that he checked the insurance website and America's Best website and they both stated that they took the insurance. She again stated that she didn't think they took the insurance. We asked her to check and see if they did. At this time, two other walk in appointments showed up. Rica decided to help the walk ins instead of us. After she spoke with one of the walk ins, I asked her if she would please check on the insurance as we had appointments scheduled. She smirked and ignored me and continued to help the other walk in. After she was finished with them, I asked her again if she would check on the insurance. My boyfriend at this time was getting mad and walked out saying they obviously don't want to help us or want our business. Rica then raised her voice at me stating that I was being completely impatient. We had been standing there for almost 30 minutes and it was past our appointment times. I replied to her that I had only asked her twice to please check on the insurance for my boyfriend which she was refusing to do. Another employee came over from her break and Rica started to talk to her. As I stood there, on crutches from having surgery, no one helped me. I finally asked the girl that came from her break to give me my insurance card back and to please give me the name of the manager and district manager. I have called and left messages for both with no return call. I am completely disgusted with how my boyfriend and I were treated by this employee and the company!!! I would take your business and go somewhere else. Saving a few bucks isn't worth being treated the way we were treated!
