My doctor was very nice, personable, and informative. I mentioned a photo of an eye disorder that I'd seen recently, and we discussed it for quite a while...about how it happens (genetically), how it progresses (no one's really exactly sure), how it changes the shape of your eye (to the point that the cornea can burst), and how tragic it is that it can progress so fast that some patients have to learn how to live life as a blind person within just a few months if their disease is aggressive.
The pre-exam was professional, the doctor's exam was thorough, the checkout process was fine. The frame, lens, and accessories options are nice and stylish. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the cost...well, glasses are expensive no matter where you go. Unless you stick with the basic frames, inexpensive lenses without treatment finishes, and your Rx is a very simple one that can use inexpensive lenses, you're going to pay more than $69. That's common sense.
The only bad points:
--It is advertised on the front of the store that same-day appointments are available. This isn't exactly true, unless your idea of same-day is waiting while you hope someone cancels their appointment. Otherwise, you'll wait two weeks.
--I was not told at checkout that the eyeglasses I ordered wouldn't be available for 7-14 days. It's fine that making them takes that long, but I would've liked to have been informed.
Y'all keep doing what you're doing!
