Absolutely the best customer service ever! We came in the store 15 mins before closing and the ladies serviced us like we were their 1st clients of the day. They educated us on the different types of hair, asked us what we were looking for and didn’t rush! The Store is gorgeous and makes you feel like a celebrity!! Gives the ladies a raise!! We are from out of town but we will be back to this location and will be ordering online! Can’t wait!! Thank you!!

The customer service was good. I purchased the Amazon hair which is supposed to be their best hair; sad to say that I've had pack hair that I've like better. The Amazon hair just isn't worth the price in my opinion. I am very disappointed.

Drove 2 hours for hair and the ladies Ashley and Cornelia were wonderful in helping me make a decision for my short bob. They are absolutely wonderful and courteous. Will shop again.
