All Pros Custom Tint

Very unprofessional, I went to the shop on a Saturday at around 11:45 a.m.,it was closed. Even though it says they open at 10 a.m., I called and I spoke to, I'm guessing the owner and said he was running 20 minutes late so I left. I decided to come back at 12:30 and was greeted by a lady which was very nice and professional. She went over the different tints they had and went over the prices, she goes to talk to the owner and he tells her I have 4 cars ahead of me. It's not my fault they were running late,I was there on time. I should not have had to wait. I feel they could have worked something out with me since it was their fault they were not there on time. I then decide to go on Monday, I guess me just not being negative and giving them the benefit of the doubt. I'm there at the shop and it's closed. I decide to call the number and the owner answers and tells me " oh I don't think we are going to open today,I had a couple things to do but It probably won't take all day I'll call you some time after 1 p.m..Never received a phone call. So if you are planning on going to this place think 5 times before you go. Will never ever go here again. I ended up taking my truck to Luminex Lighting & Window Tinting,waited no more than 30 minutes for my tints and they did an amazing job.
