Edible Arrangements

I used Edible Arrangements of Albany to have an Arrangement delivered to my Fiancee who is employed at The U.S. Navy Marine Base there and they did not deliver Balloons and Teddy bear. And she had to go all the way to the store to get the Merchandise that I purchased. Not to mention I experienced difficulties last Year when I used them. I am angry because of these two situations on different occasions. Almost ruining the day.
