I was in an awful mess with my leaking and damaged roof and had other roofers come out, take my money, and not fix it at all. Then I called Alan, and he made a terrible situation much better. He guided me through the process, had a clear scope of work so that there were no surprises on the bill, and he followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. Being a real estate investor, I own a handful of properties in Macon and have had 5 roof repairs in the last 3 years. I've used the cheap guys and I've used the big guys. They all come out, look at the roof, give you a price, and may or may not do the work well. They don't understand all the other complexities beyond the roof, but Alan is so much better than all of them. He met with me and was concerned not just about the roof, but about my whole situation regarding insurance, sale of the house, past repair attempts by other companies, Historical Neighborhood restrictions, etc. He built a quality, dependable roof, dealt with the ins. company, explained the past issues clearly (in case I have to chase after the other company), and did just so much more for my situation than anyone else would have. I will use him for every roof repair and also roof inspections before I buy another house.
