Can't say enough about this agency!! We have always booked with Aladdin and it comes down to service, plain and simple. My wife and I were in Germany and ran into an unexpected situation that required a completely new itinerary with new hotel bookings and flights. Aladdin's after hours service had us back in business in under 2 hours, even though all the hotels in Munich were booked solid for a BMW conference!
