Poor service from POORLY TRAINED NEW EMPLOYEES... This was one of my main stores I do business from, but the past 3 visits have been a Joke.. After waiting behind five other customers, the employee didn't know how to process my printed speed perks coupon, then I had to wait again behind three more customers to proceed with my order. I understand and am very patient at times.. Second and third visit, I ordered parts online and they didn't have the parts.. Today on my third visit, I asked to transfer my order to the Lumpkin road store and they said I would need to cancel order and go back online to reorder it through the Lumpkin road store... What a bunch of garbage.. I will no longer do business from this store since they are very uneducated on their own policies... If you need parts, go to the Lumpkin road store and deal with educated store employees...
