We originally used Ron's service on our first private purchase of a used car 20 year's ago. He was just as thorough then as he was for our last purchases. Recently, we had begun the purchase of a used car from a large dealership by the Mall of Georgia. Ron inspected the car and we stopped the deal based on what he found. I would NOT recommend Mini Mall of Georgia!
A few week's later, with Nan's help, Ron came to us on short notice and met us at another large dealership to inspect 2 more used cars. Both inspections outlined in detail with photographs the issues. He literally touches every button and tests every function in the vehicle. We had not noticed that a window did not work! His report allowed us to prioritize and negotiate with the sales manager. At this dealership they were proud to say that they stood behind every car on the lot, and they did - they actually fixed all the issues outlined - including 4 new tires and a window motor on 2 different vehicles! I would recommend Sutherland Nissan!
Without Ron's experience and knowledge, I wouldn't have the confidence to buy used cars especially cars for my kids to drive. He is not only kind, but he's thorough, incredibly knowledgeable and provides a service beyond compare. Worth every dollar!
